According to undisclosed sources in the Davis County
Sheriff's Office, and Federal Agents who must
remain anonymous, A UCN staff writer has been informed that the Davis Metro
(Narcotics)
Strike Force is under Investigation under a Federal probe by the B.A.T.F., or
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, over another Corruption Scandal
involving Layton City Police, Lieutenant Allen Swanson and
detective Michael Howard and the Davis county
Sheriff's office.
Utah's Deseret News (TM)
has attempted to gloss over local police corruption by posting a story that
claims two of the officers under investigation have just received awards.
http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=148&sid=756649 They do not detail what
award was received or why police officers under investigation for corruption
received the "Top" award, was it for being totally "spun-out" on
methamphetamine? Apparently the "Secret Combinations" described in the "Book of
Mormon" are alive and well in Davis county, Utah today. see:

During a recent small time marijuana bust in Layton, Utah
a prominent and respected local resident, with no criminal background what so
ever, not even a traffic ticket, who had lived there for over 18 years with out
incident, was VICTIMIZED by the Davis Metro Narcotics Force. Up to nine
Layton Police and Davis Metro Strike Force Agents, entered in upon a citizens
property with out a warrant, and with out probable cause, or permission from the
residents. They then chained the owner to a chair in his back yard and brutally
interrogated him for over two hours with out allowing him to have a lawyer, and
with out informing the resident of his right to have an attorney present.
After four days in the Davis County Jail, the defendant
who has diabetes, and should have been released on his own recognizance,
was finally able to make the unreasonable bail set by the judge. While in the
jail the defendant was subjected to undue rigor, by being fed meals that were
"not even fit for a dog to eat", he was denied Medical treatment by a competent
doctor and was also denied medication for his A.D.H.D., further more he was
denied medications previously prescribed by a reputable physician for pain in
his hands, feet and spine. The defendant has arthritis in his spine and hands
and diabetic neuropathy in his feet. When the resident got home and cleaned up
the mess left by the DAVIS METRO STRIKE FORCE, he discovered one of the American
Flags that he sells, on the ground, at the bottom of a pile of broken display
cases, and merchandise. The flag had been trampled by Police Boots, and bore
clear dirty dusty prints of those police boots.
The reason for the B.A.T.F.'s involvement is that, Agents
of the Davis Metro Strike Force stole a 9mm semi automatic Ruger hunting rifle
from the property owner. Additionally they stole up to $20,000 in merchandise
that the property owner had intended to sell on EBAY such as jewelry, pocket
knives, flashlights. The extent of the inventory theft is still being assessed.
The local property owner and citizen is not suspected of Meth use or abuse.
Davis Metro agent Wesley Irvin, who poses as a
Rastafarian, by wearing a Bob Marley T-Shirt, committed perjury at the district
court in Farmington, Utah back in in November in order to hide what the Metro
Strike Force did, and to have the defendant bond over for trial. None of the
other Strike force agents were allowed to testify. Could this be because they
were covered by Tweeker sores, and are not credible or presentable in court?
Could it be because they look so sleazy and drive such expensive vehicles? Could
it be because The Davis Metro strike force routinely sets up meth labs and
teaches meth users to run the labs. They sell the drugs and then bust the users.
This corruption is routinely passed off and glossed over with a Wink-Wink, and a
Nod-Nod, by the Davis court system.
Possibly embarrassed by the incident, and in order to
avoid a show trial, the public defender, and the prosecuting attorney asked
judge Paige yesterday to have the defendant assessed by Davis Behavioral Health
to see if he is competent to stand trial. The Public Defender asked for a 30 day
continuance and the Prosecutor said, "Make it 45 days" The judge concurred and
entered the order. What ever happened to the right to a fair and speedy trial?
The defendant, a medical marijuana advocate, who does not use meth amphetamine,
and who maintains that he is competent to stand trial, is now being shoved into
the mental health system to discredit him. Will they throw him in the state
hospital and toss the key away?
Davis Mental Health was shaken up nine years ago when its
director Russell Williams was found to be corrupt, stealing and misusing funds.
They glossed this over by firing him, changing the name to Davis Behavioral
Health. The defendant was an employee of Davis Mental Health and saw the
corruption there. Not wanting to be a part of the corruption he quit his job and
went to work for the State of Utah at the Division of Child and Family Services.
Can the defendant get a fair trial in Davis County? Obviously not. Can the
defendant get a fair assessment by a competent mental health professional at
Davis Behavioral Health? Obviously not. The defendant is an honorably discharged
veteran from the Viet Nam era, and served as a Military Policeman. He also was a
member of the Army Ranger company, while taking R.O.T.C. classes at B.Y.U.. He
was obviously competent enough, when he was selected to serve as a jury foreman
during a three day civil trial, presided over by judge Paige.
The ravages of methamphetamine use are many, and most
narcotics agents while investigating METH abuse, use the drug to get close to
other users of the drug. Unfortunately they then fall victim to the ravages of
the drug and develop a Tweeker mentality. They then become our worst nightmare.
They become corrupted police, on meth. They become a gang of thugs, hiding
behind law enforcement badges, and begin to victimize the community in general.
Generally most cops are good people and do not abuse the authority given to
them, but when this happens it must be stopped at any cost.
These People in the Davis Metro Strike Force should be
brought up on Federal Charges and serve the maximum time allowed by law. The
people in the Davis court system who tacitly condone this behavior should
disgraced, disbarred, and in some cases jailed. Corruption is not only rampant
in Davis County, Utah it is the standard way of doing business in the second
district court system.
Isn't the Deseret News owned by the "Mormons"?
See the "Mormon" scripture(s) that prophesizes of this:
SEE

Book of Mormon:
3 Nephi 6:11 For there were many merchants in
the land, and also many
lawyers, and many officers.
12 And the people began to be distinguished by
ranks, according to their riches and their chances for learning; yea, some
were ignorant because of their poverty, and others did receive great learning
because of their riches.
13 Some were lifted up in pride, and others were
exceedingly humble; some did return railing for railing, while others would
receive railing and persecution and all manner of afflictions, and would not
turn and revile again, but were humble and penitent before God.
21 Now there were many of the people who were
exceedingly angry because of those who testified of these things; and those
who were angry were chiefly the chief judges, and they who ahad
been high priests and lawyers; yea, all those who were lawyers were angry
with those who testified of these things.
22 Now there was no
lawyer nor judge nor high priest that
could have power to condemn any one to death save their condemnation was
signed by the governor of the land.
23 Now there were many of those awho
testified of the things pertaining to Christ who testified boldly, who were
taken and put to death bsecretly
by the judges, that the knowledge of their death came not unto the governor
of the land until after their death.
24 Now behold, this was contrary to the laws
of the land, that any man should be put to death except they had power from
the governor of the land—
25 Therefore a complaint came up unto the
land of Zarahemla, to the governor of the land, against these judges who had
condemned the prophets of the Lord unto adeath,
not according to the law.
26 Now it came to pass that they were taken
and brought up before the judge, to be judged of the crime which they had
done, according to the alaw
which had been given by the people.
27 Now it came to pass that those judges had
many friends and kindreds; and the remainder, yea, even almost all the
lawyers and the high priests, did gather themselves together, and unite with
the kindreds of those judges who were to be tried according to the law.
28 And they did enter into a acovenant
one with another, yea, even into that covenant which was given by them of
old, which covenant was given and administered by the bdevil,
to combine against all righteousness.
29 Therefore they did combine against the
people of the Lord, and enter into a covenant to destroy them, and to
deliver those who were guilty of murder from the grasp of justice, which was
about to be administered according to the law.
30 And they did set at defiance the law and
the rights of their country; and they did covenant one with another to
destroy the governor, and to establish a aking
over the land, that the land should no more be at bliberty
but should be subject unto kings.
Ether 8:24 Wherefore, the
Lord commandeth you, when ye shall see these things come among you that ye shall
awake to a sense of your awful situation, because of this
secret combination
which shall be among you; or wo be unto it, because of the blood of them who
have been slain; for they cry from the dust for vengeance upon it, and also upon
those who built it up.
